No help support. Gift Card scam!

"After being an early adopter and supporter of Allbirds, I purchased a digital gift card for $225 for my wife. After many attempts to locate the gift card option at checkout, nothing, no gift card option! I have sent three requests to their help email and all I get back is an auto response that they will get back to me. It’s now a week. Still no response. No wonder the share price is tanking!"
