Warranty POLICY

Our Warranty Policy

Allbirds offers a warranty against manufacturing defects on footwear purchased in Australia. Warranty claims must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe of purchase, and issues should not be the result of normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Proof of purchase is required, such as a purchase receipt or online order confirmation number. Items that show signs of excessive wear, improper care, alterations, or continued use after a fault was identified may not be eligible.

If approved, the warranty outcome may include a replacement, refund, or gift card, depending on stock availability and the nature of the issue.

Our warranty is only applicable to Allbirds products purchased directly from Allbirds Australia or Allbirds authorized retailers. We cannot guarantee any products handled by distributors outside of our carefully selected network of partners.

Shipping Policy

All online orders are processed and shipped within 48 business hours. Our team will notify you if there are problems with an order. All deliveries are with Australia Post, Couriers Please, or Aramex and ship to all of Australia except Christmas Island. Your order will ship from our Warehouse in Smeaton Grange, NSW, 2567. If you would like more specific delivery time frames please refer to the carrier websites: https://auspost.com.au, https://www.couriersplease.com.au, https://www.aramex.com.au. No deliveries will be made on weekends or holidays within each state.

Allbirds Australia

NSW/QLD/ACT - offers a flat rate shipping fee of $8 for all orders under $200. Orders exceeding $200 will be freight free throughout Australia.

TAS/WA/NT/SA - offers a flat rate shipping fee of $15 for all orders under $200. Orders exceeding $200 will be freight free throughout Australia.

This shipping rate covers standard shipping throughout Australia with a delivery time frame of 2-10 business days depending on where you are in Australia.

Express Shipping

NSW/QLD/ACT - We also offer express shipping with a flat rate of $12. Usual delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on where you are in Australia.

TAS/WA/NT/SA - We also offer express shipping with a flat rate of $25. Usual delivery time is 2-5 business days depending on where you are in Australia.

Order Status & Tracking

An email confirmation will be sent for all orders once received. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam or junk mailbox before reaching out to us. For any questions please drop us a line on help@allbirds.com.au

All prices include the 10% Australian Tax rate.

Gift Exchanges

Not your colour? Not to worry. Gifts can be returned within 30 days. Just pop over to our returns policy for the returns process with your order number. It’s on the shipping label or the back of the gift note (if you got one).

Online Returns

We take returns for online (except for Outlet purchases - Returns/exchanges are reviewed and accepted in the country of purchase.

Used Shoes

Lightly used or like new shoes are donated to our partner, Soles4Souls, who then distributes them to people in need. Please inquire if you are looking to donate a pair of pre-loved  Allbirds shoes.
