Care Guide

Remove the laces and insoles.
Place shoes in a delicates bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).
Choose a gentle cycle with cold water & mild detergent.
Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry.
Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears.

Handy tips: Don’t put them in the dryer. They’ll go back to their original shape in no time. You can hand wash your laces and insoles on their own.

Amazing shoe for walking while

"Amazing shoe for walking while travelling, hiking and just general streetwear. The shoes grip firmly around your lower ankle so there is no need to have the shoelaces too tight. I’ve had multiple pairs of these and I find that if the shoelaces are too late they tend to create sores around the top of my foot. To avoid this just gently loosen your shoelaces and enjoy the shoe. Might have been through many washes and lots of days of doing more than 25,000 steps a day. Highly recommended enjoy the shoe!"

"These are good looking, sturdy "runners". They come out small though and are very hard to get on because they have no tongue to loosen. I am waiting to see if they stretch a little with wear (hope so). Surprisingly low grip on icy pavement - watch out in the frost."

"I have been a long time purchaser of Allbirds shoes for a couple of reasons. The first is that I really like the product. The wide shoe fitting is really confortable for me. They are stylish and wear well. I am still using the first pair I bought a few years ago now. Secondly, customer service is really good. The returns policy and process is streamlined and pain free. For this last pair of shoes, I inadvertently selected the wrong size while I was flipping between colours. After explaining the situation, the Allbirds customer service agents promptly organised a return and exchange process for my correct size of shoe. Yes, I am an Allbirds fan and will continue to enjoy these products."

"Wonderfully comfortable shoes. . . once I get them on!! When I ordered I hadn't realised they didn't have the typical tongue & lace opening. So to begin I had a struggle putting them on. I knew they were the right size for my foot as I have an older pair of M9 allbirds and, once they were on, they were very comfortable. I recently decided a 'shoe horn' would surely solve the issue. . . and it has done."
