Care Guide

  • Remove the insoles.
  • Place shoes in a delicates bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).
  • Choose a gentle cycle with cold water & mild detergent.
  • Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry.
  • Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears.

"Feeling great already! I was lucky to be introduced to the wool Allbirds, when my daughter realised she needed the size below and I got the ones she had ordered. The 8 is great with socks during the cooler months. So I ordered the Tree Loppers in 7 - thinking socks won't be needed during the summer months. They feel comfortable and support my feet very well. I know I will enjoy wearing them."

"These shoes are comfy and the sizing is good (always a risk when buying shoes online!). Easy to slip on and off. They also arrived in good time. I do regret however that Allbirds no longer seem to make the Women's Tree Skipper which I have loved to death twice."

Unfortunately these are not for

"Unfortunately these are not for me. Although they are very light, I thought they were quite cheap looking and very unstylish. The knit had a slight sheen to it to add to the overall down market look. I am sure they are comfortable but I returned them as I believe there is far better value for money combining comfort with style to be found. The returns process was also cumbersome, requiring you to upload photographs as well as charging a return processing fee in addition to the postage. I will not buy from Allbirds again."
