Care Guide

  • Remove the insoles.
  • Place shoes in a delicates bag (pro tip: a pillowcase works too).
  • Choose a gentle cycle with cold water & mild detergent.
  • Shake out any excess water & set aside to air dry.
  • Shoes will regain their original shape with one or two wears.

"These shoes are comfy and the sizing is good (always a risk when buying shoes online!). Easy to slip on and off. They also arrived in good time. I do regret however that Allbirds no longer seem to make the Women's Tree Skipper which I have loved to death twice."

"These are my favourite shoes, I buy them once a year because I wear them every single day. Yes they are a little expensive but they are so comfortable, lightweight and stylish and I love them so much!"

Overpriced.

"While the shoes are light and reasonably comfortable, I found them very cheap looking and ungainly on. The knit had a faint sheen to it and the shoes itself were shapeless. They did not look worth anywhere near what they cost. In addition returning them was a hassle, requiring the uploading of images, taking weeks for a refund to be processed and deducting a processing fee above the cost of shipping. Will not buy from this company again. This is the second review as they didn’t post the first…let’s see if they post this one!"
